1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 fresh strawberries, sliced
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup peanut butter and/or chocolate chips
2-1/2 cups Dolly Parton's Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1-1/2 cups milk
1 egg
5 tablespoons melted butter, divided

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place a 17x11-inch rimmed baking sheet in oven. Prepare your toppings before you make your pancake batter. Toss apple slices with sugar and cinnamon.
Stir pancake mix, milk, egg, and 3 tablespoons melted butter together in large bowl. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven and pour remaining 2 tablespoons butter on pan, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
Pour pancake batter in even layer on pan. Top with toppings in 4 rectangular sections. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve your sheet pan pancake with syrup or honey!
